And it's time now for a holiday treat is...

At 0:40, Jimmy Kimmel seemed to say,
And it's time now for a holiday treat is 'Hey, Jimmy Kimmel, I Told My Kids I Ate All Their Halloween Candy'.

Is this exactly what he said?

If so, how come "is" comes up like that?

Thanks. Is this merely an error in speech? Or is this use of "is" sort of a pattern that does come up in spoken English though it's not grammatical in written English?

It is not a grammatical sentence in either written or spoken English. It's just a small slip that he makes when connecting two thoughts together. Anyone, no matter how good their command of English, can make such little slips in speech now and then.

I've got some other questions about the video.

(1) At 1:04, a boy says, "Mean mommy and daddy. I hate you."
Right after, what does his sister say?

(2) At 2:57, did the man say "We took all your candy."? If so, does "took" here mean "ate"?

(3) At 3:16, what exactly does the toddler say? Does it make sense?

1) Don't know.

2) "We threw out your candy."

3) "I wanna eat it ... Daddy, do you eat my candy? [??] eat my candy! Oh Daddy!"
