ɒ/, /ɑ:/ and /ɔː/ in AmE

Is this true that AE doesn't have /?/, /?:/ and /??/?

Because once a native English speaker told me that AE doesn't have /?/, /?:/ and /??/.

That's why I'm asking you this to make sure if what she said was right.

Any guidance?

"hard" - /h?:d/ - /h?rd/
"law" - /l??/ - /l?/ or /l?/
