"and" in a sentence?

Hi, this is probably a stupid question but what's the diffrence between these sentences?

- Look Magazine got to go behind the scenes with Alex on the set of the brand new music video for “All Night Long”(which will be out this week hopefully) and thanks to the official website here is a scan from the great feature.
