And and comma

Hello,

Is it okay to use two ands instead of commas?

I went to see many top lawyers, such as Brown and John and Larry, before finally calling it quits.

Is the above okay? If I write it as 'Brown, John, and Larry,' there may be too many commas. In such cases, is it okay to use an extra 'and' to avoid the comma?

Thank you so much.

Yes, except it sounds a bit like the name of the law firm is "Brown, John and Larry". The extra "and" actually makes things clearer.
