And

Hi,
'My father was born in London and my mother too.'

Is there anything wrong with the structure after 'and'?Is it OK or something is missing?

Well I think it may pass in speech in casual conversation but not in formal speech or writing.

It is fine. You could also say

My father was born in London and so was my mother.

My father was born in London, and my mother, too.

You need the commas because the second part is an independent clause with the predicate "was born in London" understood, and the tag adverb needs to be set off. Aside from that, what you have written is unexceptionable.
