Analyzing a sentence

Hello everyone,

I saw this sentence while I was reading. I do not understand it, so I try tro break it down but I cannot analyze the structure of some part in the sentence. It's complicated. Could you please help me to make it clear?

Here is the sentence:

Our research is driven by a deeper concern that left uninterrogated the move to prescribe ‘Happy School’ policies based on these yardsticks may render invisible other avenues to happiness and well-being, alternatives that we surmise will be increasingly important in coming decades, as discussed in conclusion.

I do not understand "...that left uninterrogated the move to " and " may render invisible other avenues"

1. "...that left uninterrogated the move": What structure is it?
2. "may render invisible other avenues": Regardless of grammar, my understanding is "may render invisible for other avenues". Am I understand correctly?

Thank you so much!

Regards.

The writer inverts the order of phrases twice, once without using the obligatory commas that would have made it readable and once probably unnecessarily. He left out a "the" also. " Does it make sense to you now?

"Our research is driven by a deeper concern that, left uninterrogated, the move to prescribe ‘Happy School’ policies based on these yardsticks may render other avenues to happiness

Our research is driven by a deeper concern that
(if left uninterrogated)
the move to prescribe ‘Happy School’ policies
................................. based on these yardsticks
