Analyzing

I need your help please, and then if you can tell me how do I mark that my question has been answered.

I had to translate the abstract of my final project to English. So I translated the name of the project as well.

I named it:

"Analyzing the profitability of undertaking mass production projects in X Company and improving the production processes".

My questions are:

1. Does it sounds right?

2. Would it be better to write: "taking" instead of "undertaking". What is the exact meaning of undertaking?

3. If I wrote: "Inquiry into the profitability..." would it be better? or: "Analysis of the profitability of..."?

If you have any remark, it will help me.

Thanks!

Why did you use it if you don't know the meaning? What do you think it means? Did you try a dictionary? Dictionaries

Thanks for answering me.
Look, my English is not perfect maybe, but I generally know the language.
I asked someone, and he told me that it should be: "undertaking" and not taking. But I wanted to make sure, because he is not native english speaker as well.
Of course that I use the dictionary, but I was looking for the right way of saying. Using dictionary is not enough.

Thanks
