Is it correct to say

"I'm going to take some blood analysis tomorrow."

Note: And by 'blood analysis', I mean the procedure of having blood removed to check its content of nutrients (glucose, colesterol, etc).

You could say eg

"I'm going to get some blood analysis tomorrow."

But natural, casual English is

eg I'm going to get some blood-work done tomorrow.
