Analysing constituents in complex sentences

Hello,

may I ask for your help. I need to so a CA (accodring to Quirk et al.) and i simply don't understand how to do that.

Steps are:
1 Sentence Level
2 Clause level
3 Phrase level
4 Word level (which is fairly easy)

The sentence to be analysed is

Level 1

We are told it is going to replace fuddy-duddy old Received Pronounciation

Level 2:
What are the clauses and how are they named?
[We are told] [it is going (to replace fuddy-duddy old Received Pronounciation)]

Level 3
How do you analyse the Verb Phrase in the going-to-future?

Any respinse is welcome.
Thanks a lot
