(analyse/check) Are these correct

1) The repairman "checked" the car to realize the problem.
2) The doctor "checked" the patient to realize her problem.
3) The kid "analysed" the toy car for some moments and then threw it away.
4) The teacher checked the exam papers to correct them and give them scores.
5) First check the area and make sure there's no spying cameras, then...

The use of "realize" is incorrect in (1) and (2). (3) is a correctly formed sentence, but to me the formality of "analysed" seems a little mismatched with the informality of "kid". (4) is passable, but is not the greatest sentence ever written, in my opinion.

(4) is passable, but is not the greatest sentence ever written, in my opinion. The connection "check ... to correct ..." is not ideal.

(5) I would say "spy cameras" rather than "spying cameras

"realize", in the closest relevant sense, describes an event that you have no direct control over. It "just happens". You can't really do something in order to "realize" something, as your sentences imply. You can use a word like "determine" or "ascertain" instead.
