Analog office

Hi! I heard someone says 'analog office' in a sarcarstic way, when referring to their office which is still categorizing files in paper instead of computer.

I look up in dictionary but still don't understand why 'analog' can be used in this way?

Top answer

'analog' and 'digital' are used as opposites. 'digital' can mean 'computerized', that which makes use of computers. Thus, 'analog' can mean 'not computerized'.
