An semi-formal and polite expression wanted

I just started my internship a couple of weeks ago So when my supervisor showed me around and introduced me to my new colleagues, I tried to show my modesty and say something like: since I'm new here, hope you would kindly help me, or like, please let me know if I do something wrong.

But I don't want this conversation to be too idiomatic, so, would you guys list some semi-formal expressions under such a self-introduction scenario. Don't have to be limited to the things I mentioned above, anything you would say in such a scenario will be appreciated Emotion: stick out tongue

Thank you!
