This is a task from my book that ask me to write a proposal for the Cathstone corporate event, based on what I decided in the pic below.

RE: Cathstone's 50th anniversary event organizing
The aim of this event is to celebrate Cathstone's 50th anniversary and the people who will attend to this event are its key clients and suppliers which is about 200 people, along with its senior management team which is about 30 people. With about 230 people in total, it will a big event to hold. So for this event, we would like to make the following recommendation.
1.To hold this event at Four Points hotel. There is a ballroom which people cat socialize with ehch other.
2.The theme could be "Happy Time" that we try to make everyone enjoy the moment and get away from business.
3.Arranging a every good performane with which there will be a few moment to promote the jewellery product of the company.
4.Ending the event with a special dinner.
For the cost, whcih I have estimated, is about €2000. the breakdow is as the following.
1. €1000 for the ballroom
2. €500 for the performance
3. €500 for the dinner and remianing
