An option to select in IELTS practice

Please explain me the meaning of last option to a question.
The question is of type listening, where I am suppose to look for one of these.

I kind of don't understand the meaning of last one.

A. Someone at beginner level - I understand this
B. Someone who has played before to a reasonable level - I understand this
C. Someone who is keen to unwind on the sidelines ??

C means that the person is excited or very ready to rest and relax off the field as a spectator..
