An invitation for a business seminar

hii everyone!!
please can someone help me out with this invitation letter that i need to work on & im getting no ideas hw to do it..
so please help..

i have to write an invitation for a business seminar on "application of info. tech in fashion industry"..
so can someone really help me out with the format & put in some of ur ideas for d content of d same!!
