An inquiry about a problem with logging in

I am not sure whether or not this is the right place to ask my inquiry.
I was able to signing in my account through an Internet Explorer; however, this is no longer doing. However, I can log in mine through the other browsers, such as Safari, Chrome and so on.

Could someone tell me why this is going on, please?

However (repetition), I can log in mine my account through the other browsers, such as Safari, Chrome and so on.
