Last Monday, Su Ling went home from school. She saw a kitten on a tall tree. She was very frightened.
Su Ling ran home and told her father immediately. Her father took a ladder and tried to bring / take it down from the tree. / Her father took a ladder and took it from the tree.
Su Ling was very happy because the kitten was saved. She hugged the naughty kitten tightly. She promised (her father) to take care of it.
