An idiom or phrase for someone working!
Hi everyone.
I wonder if there is any idiom or phrase to say someone who is working? In Turkish, if you see someone who is working, or when you are leaving someone who will work after you for some hours, you say "kolay gelsin" which means "I wish your job will be easy to do and complete and I wish easiness for your working"... Is there something like that in English to say to a working person!?

When I leave a co-worker who is still working, I usually just say 'Don't work too hard!' or 'Don't stay too long!'
