An excerpt which I don't understand
This is an excerpt from 'A Modern Hippocratic Oath' I don't understand what the privacy is supposed to mean....
'I wil respect the the privacy of my patients, for their problems are not disclosed to me that the world may know.'

"Privacy" here is similar to "secrecy."
