Well, do we call it a relative clause or an appositive clause ?

Different texts might have various labels.
I call it a nonrestrictive relative clause.

Why did put a comma before my friend ? have forgot to write a coordination conjunction ?
0
"And" is used only for the last element in a series when there are more than two elements. Commas are used after the other elements.

I ate apples, pears, onions and broccoli for lunch.

In writing this sentence, I used "but" as the last coordinating conjunction. I was thinking of "and."
I should have put "and" as a coordinating between the first two.

I went to Purdu

Normally ,there is a comma which preceds the coordination conjunction "and "no ??

The placement of a comma before a coordinating conjunction depends on the style guide that you are using. I've seen it both ways.

Style guide? you mean the style of writing?

No.
If you are writing an article for publication (in a newspaper, magazine, journal, thesis, etc.) the editor will be using a style guide, and your article will be required to conform to its rules.
