Essay & Composition Writing
An event which would make a story interesting. I request you to correct the mistakes in the writing that I have posted.
Here is an event which would make an story interesting. I have tried this. If there are mistakes please correct them and post them. Or else, if my whole essay is to be redone. Please inform that too.
One day back in the good old days, when I was preparing for the national level abacus competition, my dad would wake me up around 5 in the morning and make me do the sums. There would be a sheet containing 100 sums.The time limit would be 5 minutes but he would set a time limit less than that and make me finish those sums within that. On the day before the examination he set a time limit of 3 minutes which I had not done before that, and I was not sure that I could finish those, but his inspirations helped me achieve that.
All our efforts were not in vain, in the examination hall, I could finish all the sums at a time of 3 minutes and 15 seconds and i also had some time left with me to check those sums. My dad was so happy to hear that i completed all 100 sums.
And once the results came out, I was thinking whether, was that me who cracked into the top 5 all Indian rank. I understood how my dad worked for me when I was 8-9 years old.
All the credit belongs to my dad...
