I am trying to send an email to supply some information to an university.

I wonder if I am writing it politely and correctly.

Here is my email:

Dear Sir or Madame,

I am writing to supply the details of the percentages achieved in the XXXXX A-level modules that I have taken.

My Ucas personal ID is XXXXXXXXXX.

I achieved XX% in module 1, XX% in module 2, XX% in module 3, XX% in module 4, XX% in module 5 and XX% in module 6.

Should I write something here?

I thought they would requre an official transcript, to avoid problems with people telling lies about their marks.

Yours faithfully, Yours sincerely is probably more common today. How do they conclude when thy write to you?
