Letter Writing
An application
i want to submit an application in my collage..about to nt give exams because i get admission in december end n there is problem with me that i have nt a complete notes of any subject,if i fail i have to pay one thousand rupees per subject,i could nt afford due to my personal problems.plz kindly write a letter for me for this act of kindness.
