I am a graduate from ................................... the year 2005, with a diploma of a State Registered Nurse. I am also a holder of Advance Level (Biology D,Mathematics B and ChemistryC).

His exellency,is with my honour to pledge for an equivalance of my nursing Diploma of three years study. With the equivalent i will be integrated into the Belgian Nursing Board to start working as a nurse, if not i will be required to repeat the same three years study as i did in Nigeria.
