"explicit", if "inchoate" is "imperfectly formed etc..." ?

I would take "inchoate" to mean "at an early stage of its development".

"Explicit" means "fully rolled out", "fully unfolded".

enduring: having been there quite long, having lasted quite long.

I am not sure, but if I were compelled to choose one in an exam setting, my choice would be E.
