Hi,
do you know Amy Lastname? I don't, I don't know any Amys. Or should I say I don't know any Amy?

I'm afraid someone is going to answer "Say: ...anyone called Amy."
That's ok, but what about the above versions and the plural of names? Is that not used at all?
