Grammar

(amount)'s worth of (sth)

Am I using the above mentioned structure right?

When I bought a number of toys:
1. I bought $50's worth of toys for your kid.
When I bought a single toy:
2. I bought $50's worth of toy for your kid.
3. I bought a $50's worth of toy for your kid.

I guess 1) should be correct, but I am not sure about which one is right among 2) and 3).

Appreciate all help! Thanks!
