Among then the subject??

Hi,

Among these options, I like the first one best.

Is this correct?

Or do I have to use -- Among these options, the first one is the one I like best.

Are they both correct?

What I mean is if I start with "among these options", does the subject have to be ONE OF THOSE OPTIONS?

p.s. is it I like this THE best or I like this BEST?

Thank you,
