AM+not in Question form

Hello,Teachers
This question is asked by my friend. As he doesn't use this site, I have to ask for him. Honestly, I also want to know the answer of this question. He said to me, "We can write Are+not & Is+not together(sorry , I wrote in short forms) in question forms like "Aren't you a doctor?", "Isn't she pretty?" and something like that. So, what about Am+not? We can write "Am I not good?", can't we also write "Am " together? " Well, he asked me like this. Please help me. Thank you so much!
