Tell me am I right about the meaning of the following:
"She has amnesia. Who knows where she could wander if she blacked out again?" - The girl has got amnesia. Who knows where she could lose herself if she loses consciousness (faints) again, right?

Yes , you're right about that. But I doubt about Conditional in the your questions. I suppose she may black out or get lose again. So that the First conditional is to be used. (possible events).
