Vocabulary

amines

Can you please check my sentence? Thank you.

Amines with hydrogen give amoniac and corresponding hydrocarbon. If halogenated organic compounds are present, they are decomposed and inorganic salts are made in the form of amoniac chloride (NH4Cl).

I believe that a mm oniac is spelled thus, and I would add the or its before corresponding ; I would also change made to created or formed . I have no opinion about the chemistry itself. I would be interested, however, in how you created the subscript ' 4 '.

Amines with hydrogen give ammonia and the corresponding hydrocarbons. If halogenated organic compounds are present, they are decomposed and so an inorganic salt, ammonium chloride (NH4Cl), is formed.
