American Pronunciation: Welcome back

Hi, this phrase has three syllables: Wel*come*back.
According to dictionary.com the first syllable "Wel" is stressed and the second is unstressed.

Welcome. DA-da

But what about the word "back"? Do we need to stress the word "back" when it appears in a phrase?
