American pronunciation: beer clear

Hi,
According to some dictionaries beer and clear vowel is the same, while other dictionaries add a schwa prior to the r in clear but not in beer.
So how do Americans pronunce these words?

Thanks a lot,

In the US, the vowel sound in these is pronounced the same. However, sometimes the word "beer" is "drawled out" slightly, BEE-yrr, while "clear" is generally pronounced more abruptly, CLEER.

With the same vowel. Only the initial "b" and "cl" sounds make those words different.
