is this way of speaking english in this page considered as being spoken american ? is that proper when you read or write in good english ?

The people who respond in this forum (if that's what you mean) speak a variety of Englishes. The senior members here, and many of the less senior, do their best to write standard English at all times, unless a question is asked about slang or informal language.

Since you emphasise "American", I would also add that the differences between standard varieties of English – say American English and British English – are small, and limited to a few spelling differences, a few different words and expressions, and one or two differences in grammatical patterns.
