Well, what's your problem exactly? You forget that the vowels in "country" and "county" are pronounced differently, for example? I forget a lot of stuff too, but I realized that's because I don't practice and listen enough. Get an electronic pronouncing dictionary and practise your pronunciation every day for 10-20 minutes, without exceptions. Use books with English idioms, and practise with your computer/laptop and a piece of paper. Pick out a word.
