Amenable

We would be happy to contact you should you find our suggestion amenable.

1. Is my sentence above grammatically correct? I used 'would' to be polite or indirect or less forceful.

2. Can I use 'amenable' above to mean whether the listener is OK with our suggestion?
3. I hope using 'amenable' is not strong or offensive, is it?

Amenable is not good. "Acceptable" might possibly pass. We would be happy is ok.

Lord knows where you are headed or what the problem is, but those sentences are all wrong. Maybe 'I'd be happy/glad/delighted/etc to + verb' is a semi-fixed phrase.
