Ambiguous sentences

A sentence is said to be ambiguous if it has more than one meaning. Which of the following sentences are ambiguous?

I)The woman hit the man with a hammer.
II)Visiting relatives can be boring.
III)The Tibetan history teacher died of lung cancer.
IV)He feeds her cat biscuits.

I think it's C.

III seems ambiguous to me between a teacher of the history of Tibet and a teacher of (general) history who is ethnically Tibetan.

Old thread, but there seems to remain some doubt.

Either the woman had a hammer and hit the man with it, or the man had the hammer, and the woman hit him. This one is a bit of a stretch because "a hammer" is not as natural as one might hope.
