Ambiguous pronoun reference?

Hi. Please help. Which is correct? Thank you in advance.

1. Everyone should bring a pen (pens?) to the test site.

2. All applicants should bring pens (a pen?) to the test site.

3. Some of them came here to get a job (jobs?).
