Ambiguity in a sentence

Hi everybody,

There is the following sentence:

"I live in the third largest city in Hungary."

There are 2 questions about this sentence:

1. Is this unambiguous if I want to express: 'the third largest city of Hungary' (and not world's third largest city)?

2. What is the situation if I add a comma after "city"? (= I live in the third largest city, in Hungary.)
I wouldn't add. I'm just curious about it. What is the meaning if it is possible?

Thanks for your answer in advance.
