If i am you,i will do it.
If i were you, i will do it.
which one is correct?

has/have/had/had have

As for your second question, I don't really understand what you are asking about.
Has is used with he/she/it. Ex: He has a car.
Have for all the others. Ex: We have a car.
Had is the past tense. Ex: Ten years ago, I had a blue car.
