am surprised vs. am surprising

Dear EnglishForward helpers,

Please explain the difference between these two examples. Thank you.

First example: I am surprised at James coming in later.
Second example: I am surprising at James coming in later.

means that you produce wonder/surprise in others

surprising and surprised are opposites, in a way.
