Am Learning

Hello,
Does the expression that I am learning a lot today mean I am going to learn a lot today?Because here ”learn“ can't be continuous.

They are not quite the same. I am learning a lot today implies that you have already learned today and the learning process is still going on, so you may well learn even more. I am going to learn a lot today does not require you to have learned anything yet today (although you could have), you could say this before you get out of bed in the morning, just as you could say I am going to learn a lot tomorrow .
