Am I loud?

A man is watching a football game on TV. He's very engrossed. He both complains and cheers loudly.

His wife comes into the living room.

Wife: Can you keep it down a bit?

Man: Am I loud? / Am I being loud? / Am I making too much noise?

Wife: Yes you are.

What would be the most natural thing to respond here along the lines of my suggestions? Thank you.
