Am I enough motivated to study in ?

Hello to everybody, I wrote a post-study plan for future studying. What do you think about this essay ? Is it enough motivated for future career ?
It would be great if you could just express your opinion, give me some advice how could I improve it and check the mistakes if it possible.

Tourism and hospitality industry provides a wide range of opportunities in the career field. According to TNS (2010) statistics tourism industry will grow and develop fast worldwide. This factor will provide a good chance to professional growth and successful career.
Graduation will give a solid base of both theoretically and practically skills, which will lead to international career. It would be a good experience to work in Asia as a start. I am considering occupy a post at some hotel chain in China, because it is one of the fastest economy growing worldwide and my educational background will be quite beneficial. However, as to say about the position, work in every department will lead to good foundation of the career. I aimed to gain as much experience as I could.
I think that the interest of new and unusual destinations among tourists will grow in the future and Russia will be on the top list, as provides a wide range of tourist destinations such as beaches resort or extreme tourism for example. Year after year tourism in Russian Federationhas rapid growth but it still needed to attract foreigner tourists more, even inner tourism rates stay low. We should say about obviously lack of Russia’s travel and tourism infrastructure and it has to be developed. Upon infrastructure improvements will be provided by the government, we can level up inbound and outbound tourism inRussia. The hospitality industry needs a high requirement organization, which must be provided by appropriate service conditions. This reason stimulated me to choose tourism and hospitality as a career path and my duty is to develop travel and tourism in my country.
This porogram will give a strong foundation base, for a future interesting and successful career, which will lead to new aim, new goal and new achievement.
