Am i correct at all?

For each of the following five sentences:
(i) Identify the verb phrase.
(ii) Name the structure.
(iii) Label the parts of the structure.
(iv) Describe the functional meaning conveyed by the verb in the sentence

1. I went to Thailand last year to teach.
My Answer:
(i) went
(ii) Simple past
(iii) Main verb 'go' + past tense (infinitive)
(iv) A completed action at a specific time in the past.

2. She can speak Mandarin.
My Answer:
(i) can speak
(ii) Present Simple
(iii) Modal verb 'can' + main verb 'speak' (infinitive)
(iv) A ability

3. I'm seeing the director tomorrow.
My Answer:
(i) I'm seeing
(ii) Present continuous
(iii) present simple of 'be' (am) + present participle of main verb
(iv) A definite future event

4. He's been a teacher for ten years.
My Answer:
(i) He's been
(ii) Present perfect
(iii) Auxiliary 'have' (present tense) + past participle
(iv) An action that started in the past and continues to the present and may continue into the future.

5. The school was founded in 2002.
My Answer:
(i) was founded
(ii) Past simple passive
(iii) auxiliary "be" (past simple) + main verb (past participle)
(iv) A completed action at a specified time in the past.

A verb phrase consists of a verb plus any of its dependents (complements and adjuncts). These are the VPs:

1. went to Thailand last year to teach
2. can speak Mandarin
3. am seeing the director tomorrow
4. has been a teacher for ten years
5. was founded in 2002
