I come across things like this a lot in my work and would like to know everyone's opinions.<br/><br/>"The total investment of $500 million has been financed by majority shareholder, XYZ Global Investment."<br/><br/>Now, would you leave the sentence as is, with the comma in place, or remove the comma and use 'majority shareholder' as essentially a title?<br/><br/>The bothersome issue for me is the lack of an article before 'majority' - the inclusion of an article would make using the comma only logical.<br/><br/>Opinions/answers?
