Always the same doubt!please confirm or correct!

Hi! I really need your help to remove my doubts!

1. The handover of your stand was sheduled to be on the 3rd of sept.

2. The handover of your stand was planned to be on the 3rd of sept.

3. The handover of your stand was set for the 3rd of sept

4. the handover of your stand had to be on the 3rd of sept..

Please correct when not gramatically correct!

We say 'on the third of September', but we write 'on 3rd Sept.'
