Letter Writing

Always having problems with ending a letter.

Hello,

Do you guys have any tips in ending letters in general ?

I feel like I always hit a dead end.

Currently, I'm writing a complaint letter. I don't really want anything back, I just wanted to inform the head of the company that the sales method his employee is using may not be ethical. I expressed my feelings, entered the details and I just have to end it. How can I end it in a positive way ? I don't want to offend the head of the company, because it is just one employee that is questionable.

Thanks in advance.

Dear Mia I reply without any good tips for ending a letter. With regards your concern of offending the head of the company, personally I think that your complain letter has not such an effect at all, because you express the fact. As an experienced manager of a company, he/she has enough merit to deal with problem calmly.
