always 10 minutes faster

I am giving you two thousand rupees - one thousand for a wrist watch and another one thousand for the cost of photocopy of the books. Make sure the watch is made of Japan and original. My old one was not that good and it did not give the exact times - it was always 10 minutes faster.

I am not sure about the last sentence. How can I express the idea more colloquially?

original [do you mean "new"]

Original = actually made in Japan, and not pirated, nor the one which is made in another country but labeled as "made in Japan".

Thanks Ray.

In that case you probably want "genuine."
