altruism? or helping others?

I am currently coding my interview transcript for qualitative research class. It's about the motives of people. I am wondering if following sentence can be named 'altruism' or just 'helping others'.

"..I knew I want to do something to help to use my talent not to like make money or to be famous for like to do something good for the world.."

I am also wondering if following sentence can be best named 'justice' or 'integrity'..or any other words?

"We're doing this because it needs to be done, it's the right thing to do.."

Thank you!
